REFUND POLICY

Ticket purchases are normally final except where required by law, when the event is cancelled, or when the referral reward is earned.

Bring two friends

Your ticket qualifies for a refund or equivalent free-entry credit after two distinct friends complete paid purchases through your personal referral link. Self-referrals, cancelled, disputed and refunded payments do not count. Rewards are reviewed against Stripe payment records before issue.

Event cancellation

If FACE OFF cancels the event, eligible ticket holders will receive instructions using the e-mail attached to the order. Processing times depend on the original payment method.

Use the contact page and include your order e-mail and referral code. Never send card details.
